For those arriving from Rome
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare, take the Strada Statale 2 Bis – Cassia Veientana. Continue towards Via Umilta/SP38 in Nepi. Take the exit towards Nepi/Umiltà/Castel S. Elia. Continue on Via della Selciatella SP38 for about 7 km.
Once you enter Nepi, continue on Via della Selciatella SP38 towards Piazzale de La Bottata. Pass through the arch, then at the roundabout, take the second exit to the left into Via delle Terme. After approximately 300 meters, you will find our villa on the right-hand side.

For those arriving from the Magliano Sabina highway exit
After exiting the Magliano Sabina highway tollbooth, head towards Civita Castellana. When you reach Zona Sassacci, take the exit towards Nepi/SS 2/Cassia/Civita C. Centro. Continue for about 11 km until you reach Nepi, then proceed towards Piazzale de La Bottata.
At the roundabout, take the first exit to the right. Cross the Aqueduct, continue straight at the next roundabout, and then at the following roundabout, take the first exit to the right onto Via delle Terme. After approximately 300 meters, you will find our villa on the right-hand side.
